We've taken our all natural, Kansas City style BBQ and added a little Jerk spice to it! Natural sugars marrying with apple cider vinegar over high heat let you enjoy a sweet tangy heat while leaving you with a natural, sweet aftertaste. This sauce is the only one you need for Chicken, Pork, Pulled Pork, Ribs and Burgers.
Travelling through the US allowed us to try authentic BBQ and we fell in love with that sticky tangy style from the south. We tried to find a sauce that was similar to the small smokehouses we came across but nothing seemed to quite have that flavour we were looking for. We made this sauce with tried and true ingredients that you find in those very smokehouses.
