This rub brings together the authentic flavours of the Caribbean. This dry version of a Jerk Rub can easily be mixed with Orange Juice (or any fruit juice of your choice), Soy Sauce and Vegetable oil to create the perfect marinade. You can Jerk Chicken, Pork, Beef , Lamb or even vegetables like Potatoes and Cauliflower.
Jerk Chicken has been a personal favorite of ours as far back as we can remember.
Stopping at Jamaican take-outs was a must when visiting Toronto and we must admit we often bought more than one meal at a time! The first time we visited Jamaica we feel in love with the culture and food and jerk was the center of it all.
