After spending a lot of creative efforts trying to create the perfect party dish to share with guests or take to others; nothing came close to a lavish charcuterie board. Savoury salty meats and creamy cheeses were great but there was a need for a partner in crime to take it to the next level. That’s when we created our Red Pepper Jelly. It adds a tanginess, a sweetness and a heat that compliments everything you could place on a charcuterie board.
